Limits & Compliance

To comply with UK and European law, all users have monthly limits on the amounts which they can trade. The "Max limit" is the maximum you can buy and sell in a month. When you use some of this limit, it is gradually replenished over the course of a month. By registering an account and verifying your identification we can raise those limits.
New customers have a limit of £12.50 per month (or equivalent). This can be used in one or more transactions. Following a large transaction this limit will gradually replenish over the course of up to a month.
You can register your mobile phone to get an increased limit of £15 per month. You can register your mobile phone on the Settings page.
You can upload identification documentation to increase your limits. Within 24 to 48 hours of upload, your documents will be passed through a full Identity Check to increase your limit to £10000 per month. Please make sure all documents are clear and at a high resolution. We need to be able to read all the ID numbers on the document as these are used for electronic checks. Blurred and low resolution documents will be rejected. You can remove any credit card numbers or financial details if you wish, but do not remove sortcodes, account numbers or dates. If you wish to make an large trade and need your limits increased sooner then please contact us. If you want a higher limit than is available will a fully ID verified account then please contact the team by clicking here.
